13.1 RCCI chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, Unit 12, Netwater Place, 252 Oak Avenue, Randburg.
14. TERMS AND TERMINATION
14.1 This agreement shall commence when the user registers on the RCCI site and continues indefinitely until terminated by RCCI in terms of clause 21 hereto or for any other reason.
